Acord-cadru de furnizare articole de echipament necesare dotării efectivelor de elevi ai Școlii Militare de Subofițeri Jandarmi ,,Petru Rareș” Fălticeni pe o perioadă de 24 luni, conform art. 114 din Legea 98/2016. Ulterior încheierii acordului-cadru de către autoritatea contractantă se vor încheia contracte subsecvente, în funcție de necesitățile concrete ale autorității contractante.
