(3) din Legea nr. 98/2016, reducand termenul de depunere a ofertelor la 15 zile de la data transmiterii spre publicare a anunţului de participare. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este de 9 zile.
