Autoritatea Contractanta organizatoare SPITALUL CLINIC DE RECUPERARE CLUJ-NAPOCA intententioneaza sa achizitioneze aparatură si echipamente medicale, impartită pe 7 loturi conform caiet sarcini: Lot 1=249.580,00 lei fara TVA, Lot 2 = 136.360,00 lei fara TVA , Lot 3= 65.280,00 lei fara TVA , Lot 4= 31.400,00 lei fara TVA , Lot 5 = 300.000,00 lei fara TVA ,Lot 6 = 57.600,00 lei fara TVA ,Lot 7= 52.000,00 lei fara TVA .In temeiul prevederilor art. 160 din Legea 98 / 2016 operatorii economici interesati de procedura vor solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire cu 18 zile inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, iar in temeiul art. 161 din Legea 98 / 2016,raspunsul autoritatii contractante va fi transmis in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul stabilit in anuntul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie semnata cu semnătură electronic extinsă, bazată pe un certificat calificat, eliberat de un furnizor de servicii de certificare acreditat în condiţiile legii şi încărcata în SEAP.
