Contract de furnizare autoutilitare, cu configuraţia şi performanţele minime descrise în documenţia de atribuire. Se va încheia un contract de furnizare: Autoutilitară tip pick-up - 9 cpl. După publicarea anunțului de participare operatorii economici pot adresa solicitări de clarificări la secțiunea Detalii procedură/Solicitare de clarificare/Întrebări/Comunicări. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (http://e-licitatie.ro). Răspunsurile la solicitările de clarificări se realizează în conformitate cu art. 160-161 din Legea 98/2016. Termenul limită până la care se pot solicita clarificări sau informaţii în legătură cu documentaţia de atribuire: 15 (cincisprezece) zile înainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări ale operatorilor economici/informaţiilor suplimentare cu cel puţin 10 (trei) zile înainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.
