Furnizarea unei subscripții VMware Cloud Foundation aferente infrastructurii Dell VxRail pentru perioada 26.09.2026 – 25.09.2027. Subscripția furnizată trebuie să asigure continuitatea drepturilor de utilizare și a serviciilor de suport începând cu data de 26.09.2026, fără întrerupere față de subscripția existentă. Subscripția VMware Cloud Foundation este destinată licențierii celor 192 de nuclee de procesare instalate în cele 6 noduri Dell VxRail și include suportul tehnic asociat produselor software VMware instalate: i. Acces la actualizări: dreptul de a descărca și instala cele mai noi versiuni de software (upgrade), versiuni de întreținere (maintenance releases) și pachete de actualizare (up-daturi), ii. Securitate: Acces la patch-uri de securitate critice pentru protecția sistemului, iii. Documentație: Acces complet la documentația tehnică revizuită a producătorului, iv. Acces direct la portalul producătorului în regim 24x7 pentru managementul incidentelor, deschiderea și urmărirea tichetelor de service, consultarea istoricului evenimentelor de service și suport, starea evenimentelor în desfășurare, escaladarea acestora către un nivel superior, v. Acces la baze de date de cunoștințe (knowledge base), soluții tehnice validate și forumuri specializate.
