Prin prezenta documentatie se doreste achizitia prin licitatie a pachetului de reactivi, controale, calibratori și consumabile de biochimie compatibil 100% cu cele două analizoare automate de biochimie și modul de turbidimetrie Mindray BS 480 aflate în dotarea Laboratorului de Analize Medicale, necesar pentru a asigura desfasurarea corespunzătoare a activitatii din cadrul laboratorului Spitalului Medias. Se va incheia acord-cadru pentru o perioada de 24 luni. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 10 - a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor, conform prevederilor art. 160 din Legea nr. 98/2016. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari, inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 20.
