U.M.F.C.D. intentioneaza sa achizitioneze serviciile sus mentionate în conformitate cu prevederile din Caietul de sarcini, Propunerea tehnică și Acordul cadru ce urmeaza a fi incheiat intre parti pentru 48 de luni. Termenul limită până la care operatorii economici pot solicita clarificări este de 18 zile calendaristice până la data de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractantă răspunde tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări cu 11 zile calendaristice înainte de data-limită de depunere a ofertelor.
