Având în vedere dotarea insuficientă cu utilaje de acest tip, frecvența apariției defecțiunilor tehnice tot mai crescută, precum și numărul tot mai mare de lucrări desfășurate la nivelul Municipiului Pitești, este necesar a se achiziționa încă un utilaj de acest tip
