Pregătirea mecanizată a terenului și a solului în suprafețele din fond forestier de pe care s-a recoltat masa lemnoasă, în vederea creării condițiilor pentru executarea împaduririlor conform precizarilor din caietul de sarcini. Cantitatile minime si maxime care ar putea face obiectul unui singur contract subsecvent si al acordului cadru se regasesc in Caietul de sarcini.
