Obiectul achiziției îl constituie achiziționarea de Servicii organizare eveniment pentru 36 de experți sub forma unui pachet de servicii integrate, astfel: 1) Servicii de organizare eveniment 2) Asigurarea unei săli de conferințe pentru desfășurarea evenimentului 3) Servicii de cazare pentru maximum 36 de participanți 4) Servicii de catering/servire a mesei 5) Servicii de transport Numar de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 14 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor.
