Obiectul contractului îl reprezintă realizarea obiectivului de investiții „Modernizare sistem comandă control protecţie stația 220/110 kV Peștiș” și are drept scop modernizarea sistemului de comandă, control, protecție cu înlocuirea tuturor echipamentelor, inclusiv a containerelor și a dulapurilor SCCPA, precum și modernizarea echipamentelor din componența serviciilor proprii generale de 0,4 kV c.a și 220 Vc.c., în conformitate cu cele descrise în caietul de sarcini. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitaţie.ro/pub). Număr de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor: 17 Entitatea contractanta va răspunde în mod clar şi complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informaţiilor suplimentare în doua etape, astfel: - în a 17-a zi calendaristică de la publicarea anunţului de participare, şi - în a 11-a zi calendaristică înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor. Entitatea contractantă va răspunde doar la solicitările de clarificări adresate de operatorii economici până la termenul limită stabilit mai sus, conform art. 29 alin (3) din H.G. nr. 394/2016.
