Achiziţia unui ecocardiograf ultraperformant, cu valoarea estimativa a contractului in suma de 743.801,65 lei + tva. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari. In conformitate cu prevederile art.160-161 din Legea 98/2016 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, termenul pentru raspunsul autoritatii contractante la clarificari este in a 10 zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este de 16 zile.
