Obiectul acordului cadru il constituie furnizarea de piese de schimb si servicii de reparatii pentru utilajele terasiere (autogreder CAT, cilindru compactor HAMM, excavator HITACHI) din parcul de utilaje din dotarea Sectiei de Drumuri Forestiere Onesti, subunitate a Directiei Silvice Bacau, conform caietului de sarcini. Nota: Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 18; Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar si complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificari/informații suplimentare in a 11 zi inainte de data limită stabilită pentru depunerea ofertelor; Autoritatea contractanta nu este obligata sa raspunda solicitarilor de clarificari/ informatii suplimentare care nu au fost adresate in termenul stabilit la Sectiunea I.3 din Fisa de date a achizitiei.
