Se vor achizitiona servicii de transport aerian intern si international de pasageri, necesare Universitatii Tehnice din Cluj-Napoca. Estimam ca se vor atribui note de comanda cu o frecventa saptamanala pe durata celor 24 de luni de derulare a acordului cadru. Valorile estimate minima si maxima a acordului-cadru de furnizare sunt: - minim 10 bilete x 2.000 lei/bilet = 20.000 lei - maxim 2.500 bilete x 2.000 lei/bilet =5.000.000 lei pentru 24 luni. Cantitatile si valorile estimate minima si maxima pentru notele de comanda sunt: - minim 1 bilet, valoare 2.000 lei - maxim: 35 bilete, valoare 70.000 lei Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 18 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 11 a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor.
