Details
Byggherre ber om tilbud på 2 stk omsorgsboliger og med opsjonspris på bygging av også en tredje bolig.
Lokasjon på boligene skal være i nord-vestre del av tomt som byggherre har ervervet mot Holmengata og jordet ved prestgården. Området ligger nord for Sigdalsheimen. Adkomst til boligene vil være via Holmengata.
Boligene skal oppføres i robuste materialer og være tilrettelagt for personer som potensielt har hardere slitasje på bygg enn normalt. Boligene skal også kunne benyttes som ordinære utleieboliger i kommunal regi hvis forholdene ligger til rette for det.
I entreprisen ligger også opparbeidelse av vann og avløpsnett som har til hensikt å forberede for øket antall kommunale boliger innenfor samme tomteområde, samt være del av hovedledningsnett for vann til områder øst for Prestfoss sentrum.
