CONSTRUCTION OF A SURFACING STRUCTURE on Highway No. 16 from 4.8 km west of the Village of Paynton access to km 5.0 km east of the Town of Maidstone main access; for a TOTAL DISTANCE OF 18.20 km Bidders shall submit all inquiries pertaining to the Bid Package documents a minimum of 3 business days prior to close of bidding directed to: Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement The intention of the debriefing is to aid the Bidder by identifying areas of improvement that may be applied to subsequent procurement opportunities.
