Documents required from bidders: a) Treasury Challan Demand Draft Pay order or Banker s Cheque Deposit at Call Receipt FDR Bank Gua, b) Receipt of deposition of original EMD issued from division office of any Executive Engineer PWD, c) Valid Electrical License However the contractors will be allowed to participate in tender with, d) Certificate of Registration for GST if already obtained by bidder If the bidder has not obtaine, e) Scanned copy of valid PAN Card as issued by the Income Tax Department Required from both CPWD R, f) Affidavit on Non Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs 100 regarding debarment and Blacklisting as per Fo, g) Registration letter certificate with CPWD in appropriate class of Building Road category, h) If any of above-mentioned documents are not uploaded the tender will not be considered, BOQ.
