Kystverket skal rive et gammelt bygg på Viksøy som inntil 2024 har vært benyttet av Loser til overnatting og hvile mellom Los oppdrag. Kystverket planlegger senere å bygge et nytt bygg på tomten.Prosjektet utlyses og så fremt entreprenøren har de nødvendige kvalifikasjoner vil prisen være avgjørende for tildeling av kontrakt.Hvis entreprenøren ikke kan dokumentere å ha nødvendig kompetanse/ erfaring kan anbudet bli avvist.Kystverket tar forbehold om at prisen er innenfor budsjett og at det er/blir bevilget midler til tiltaket og Kystverket kan derav annulere anbudene hvis det er nødvendig.En kontrakt vil bli i henhold til reglene i NS 8406.
