SCOPE

The Scope of Works under this RFT comprises the design and construction of the following Separable Portions at the Waste Management Centre:

Separable Portion 1: New General Waste Cell, including associated infrastructure and services.

Separable Portion 2: New Monocell, including associated infrastructure and services.

The Works generally include the construction of two new waste cells, stockpiling of excavated material, and construction of new roads, amenities, and supporting infrastructure necessary for the efficient operation of the facility.

The Contractor shall provide all labour, supervision, materials, plant, equipment, overheads, administration, taxes, wages, accommodation, transport, allowances, consumables, testing services, and all other incidental items required

The works to be performed by the Contractor include the provision of all labour, supervision, materials, equipment, overheads, administration, taxes, wages, accommodation, transport, allowances, consumables, testing services and any other incidental costs, to complete the Works for the applicable Separable Portion(s) in accordance with the Contract.

MANDATORY PRE-TENDER BRIEFING

A compulsory pre-tender briefing will be held on Thursday, 8 October 2026 at 11:30 am (AEDT).

The meeting point will be the Gregadoo Waste Management Centre, 162 Ashfords Road, Gregadoo NSW 2650. The briefing will be conducted in the Plant Shed, followed by an inspection of the proposed waste cell locations.

Attendees are required to check in at the weighbridge upon arrival and will then be escorted to the Plant Shed.
