Current ATM View - RFT 1001032028 For the provision of medical assessments for determining medical eligibility for Disability Support Pension The Agency is seeking the provision of a National Government-contracted Doctor (GCD) network to provide medical assessments for Disability Support Pension (DSP) customers to assist the Agency to determine their medical eligibility to receive DSP.

(a) the Tenderer holds all Valid and Satisfactory Statements of Tax Record required for its entity type; and (b) the Tenderer holds all Valid and Satisfactory Statements of Tax Record required for the entity type of any first-tier subcontractor that it proposes, as part of its Tender, to engage to deliver the Requirement as part of a contract resulting from a procurement with an estimated value of $4 million or more (GST inclusive). initial period of 2 years, with an option to extend for three further terms of up to one year each
