About the Organization

Mamta Health Institute for Mother and Child (Mamta-HIMC), http://mamtahimc.in a not for profit institution is registered under Society Registration Act 1956. The organization was established in the year 1990 focusing on adolescent, maternal and child health. Over the past three decades, organizational work has been diversified in the areas of public health – Maternal and Child Health & Nutrition; Sexual and Reproductive Health with focus on Adolescents (10-19 years); Communicable (largely HIV, TB, and Hepatitis B & C); and Non-Communicable Diseases (Hypertension, Diabetes, Obesity & Mental Health). Nutrition being the core pillar of human development as well as a basic human need and a prerequisite to a healthy life, it is a cross cutting agenda for maximum interventions.

Purpose of the RFP:

MAMTA-HIMC invites quotations from eligible agencies/contractors/vendors for empanelment and execution of routine printing work in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

Deliverables

The selected agency/vendor shall ensure timely completion of the printed work as per project deadline and deliver the material at MAMTA HIMC Office -11, Krishna Colony, Mahanagar, Lucknow.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms: Payments will be made in instalments based on a mutually agreed-upon payment schedule, requirements and upon submission of original invoices.

Tax Deductions: All payments shall be subject to applicable tax deductions as per the prevailing rules and regulations of the Government of India.

Rights Reserved: MAMTA-HIMC reserves the right to accept/reject any or all quotations, wholly or partly, without assigning any reason.

Shortlisting: Only shortlisted agencies/vendors will be contacted for further discussions and/ or meetings.

Negotiations: MAMTA-HIMC reserves the right to conduct negotiations and request additional information as per MAMTA and/or donor policies.

Agreement: No legal commitment shall arise until a formal agreement is signed with the selected bidder.

Validity: Approved rates under this RFQ shall remain valid up to 31st March 2027.

Important Note- Rates for all the mentioned printing works/items must be clearly specified in the quotation. Quotations with partially mentioned rates will not be accepted.

Application Process:

All applicants (company/agency/institutional) if applicable, should follow the Government of India guidelines/policy for the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) at the workplace. As part of the application process, you are required to share the status of the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC). If the committee is not incorporated, then under what criteria is it not enacted?

Interested agencies/organizations/individuals are requested to submit their quotations/ proposals along with the following details:

Rates quoted should be inclusive of GST.

GST Registration Number of the firm.

PAN details of the firm/individual.

Quotation Validity up to 31st March 2027.

Submission of Quotations:

Proposals must be submitted via email to [contact details removed] by 16th August 2026, with the subject line: " Quotation for Printing Work Lucknow ". Incomplete applications and applications received after the deadline will not be considered for the selection process. The selection team will only contact applicants who have been shortlisted for the process .

Mamta HIMC has a policy of erasing all confidential information, ideas/concepts submitted in proposals/applications after the selection process is completed. "Confidentiality of Applicants" Mamta shall not be liable to share the list of shortlisted applicants with any party outside the organization. The organization takes all necessary measures to protect the confidentiality of applicants, and shall not disclose any personal information, process, and data related to the application, except as required by law.
