Request for Quotation for the Supply and Installation of Operator Consoles for the Command and Coordination facility at the National Emergency Control Center (NEOC) at PNG National Disaster Center

UNDP Papua New Guinea, in partnership with the National Disaster Centre (NDC), invites qualified firms to submit quotations for the supply and installation of operator consoles and associated technology infrastructure for the National Emergency Operations Centre (NEOC) in Port Moresby. This procurement aims to establish a modern, fully integrated command and coordination facility that will strengthen Papua New Guinea’s disaster preparedness, emergency response, and information management capabilities through enhanced communications, situational awareness, and operational coordination. The successful contractor will be required to deliver a complete turnkey solution, including equipment supply, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, training, and warranty support, to ensure the NEOC is fully operational and ready to support national emergency management efforts
