The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) South Sudan Country Office is seeking proposals from qualified evaluation firms, research entities, or institutions to conduct an independent End-of-Program Evaluation of the Multi-Annual Programmatic Partnership for the Prevention and Response to Gender-based Violence (GBV) in South Sudan (2023–2026) . This assignment aims to provide an evidence-based assessment of the programs relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and sustainability across its target operational areas in South Sudan. To participate in this competitive solicitation process, interested entities must submit a comprehensive proposal package adhering to the requirements outlined in the solicitation documents.
