UN Women is seeking a company or organisation to support and deliver a national capacity building programme for multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) working to prevent and combat violence against women and domestic violence in Moldova. The selected organisation will develop a detailed work plan, organise and deliver training for up to 120 MDT professionals, coordinate certified trainers, manage training logistics, and document implementation using nationally approved procedures and reporting templates. The assignment is expected to take place from October to December 2026, with a final report covering activities, participants, evaluation results, and recommendations for future programme roll-out. The National Capacity Building Program aims to strengthen the knowledge, skills, and competencies of multidisciplinary teams working on the prevention of and response to violence against women and domestic violence in Moldova. The programme is implemented under the guidance of the National Agency for Prevention and Combating Violence against Women and Domestic Violence (ANPCV) and UN Women. The assignment has a particular focus on supporting MDT professionals in the Criuleni district. The selected company or organisation will support the implementation of a national capacity building programme for professionals involved in preventing and responding to violence against women and domestic violence. The assignment is intended to strengthen professional capacity through structured training based on the nationally approved survivor-centred curriculum. The selected organisation will be responsible for both the substantive and logistical aspects of programme delivery. The programme will provide training for up to 120 multidisciplinary team professionals. These professionals work within multidisciplinary teams involved in the prevention and response to violence against women and domestic violence. The programme will particularly support MDT professionals working in the Criuleni district. The selected company or organisation will be responsible for a range of activities throughout the assignment.

The selected organisation must develop a detailed work plan for the capacity building programme. The work plan should provide a structured approach to delivering the training activities and coordinating the various components of the assignment. It should support effective implementation during the October to December 2026 assignment period. The organisation will organise and deliver training sessions for up to 120 MDT professionals. Training must be delivered in accordance with the nationally approved survivor-centred curriculum. The selected organisation will therefore need to ensure that the training programme, materials, trainers, and implementation arrangements are consistent with the approved curriculum. The assignment includes providing training and informational materials for participants. These materials must be developed or provided in accordance with the nationally approved survivor-centred curriculum. The materials should support the learning objectives of the capacity building programme and help participants apply the knowledge and competencies developed through the training. The selected organisation will be responsible for contracting and coordinating a team of certified trainers. The organisation must manage the trainer team and ensure that the training activities are delivered as planned. Coordination of trainers forms an important part of the assignment because the programme may involve training a large number of MDT professionals. The assignment also includes responsibility for managing the logistical aspects of the training activities. This includes coordinating the practical arrangements required to deliver the training sessions effectively. The selected organisation should ensure that training activities are properly organised and supported throughout the implementation period. The selected organisation will monitor and document the implementation of the capacity building programme. Documentation must use the ANPCV reporting templates. The organisation should maintain appropriate records of activities and implementation progress so that the results of the programme can be clearly documented in the final report. Eligible applicants must be officially registered legal entities in the Republic of Moldova. Applicants must also demonstrate relevant professional experience in the field of violence against women and domestic violence. The minimum organisational requirements include: Applicants must have at least five years of experience working in the field of violence against women and domestic violence. This requirement demonstrates the need for an organisation with established subject-matter knowledge and experience relevant to the programme. In addition to subject-matter experience, applicants must have at least two years of experience organising or supporting training for professionals working in the field.
