To all bidders,

The objective of this assignment is the execution of comprehensive renovation and upgrade works for the ILO Country Office building in Islamabad (Pakistan), including civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, ELV, IT, fire safety, HVAC, and related external works.

Take of the following Important dates.

(a) Mandatory Site Visit: 10th and 17th August 2026 from 11:00am to 2:00 pm.

Please confirm your attendance via the “Correspondence” function on the eSourcing platform according to the following deadlines:

. For the 10 August visit: Confirm no later than 6 August at 5:00 PM (local time).

. For the 17 August visit: Confirm no later than 13 August at 5:00 PM (local time).

(b) Clarification question deadline: 18 August 2026

(c) ILO response to clarification questions by: 19 August 2026

(c) Proposal Receipt Deadline: 26 August 2026 at 5pm local time.
