Details

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by SaskTel to prospective Suppliers to submit proposals for the provision of cleaning services for various locations within Saskatchewan as further described below (the “Deliverables”): SaskTel is accepting proposals from experienced Commercial Office Cleaning Contractors to perform office cleaning duties at the following locations: PACKAGE 1 - SWIFT CURRENT - 2 buildings PACKAGE 2 - CARLYLE & WEYBURN - 2 buildings PACKAGE 3 - MOOSE JAW CITY - 2 buildings PACKAGE 4 - MAPLE CREEK & SHAUNOVAN - 3 buildings NOTE: Proposals may be submitted for one or more package. Proposals must be submitted for the full package. Locations may not be broken out into separate packages or bids. Please see section 12.1 of the Ariba event for detailed building specifications for each full package. Contract Term: Approx three (3) years with the option for two (2) year extensions. The first year of the contract will be truncated to align with other (current) cleaning contracts in the specific district awarded.

Suppliers not yet registered with SaskTel’s Ariba domain, must first complete the Self Registration process by clicking on the link provided below. Suppliers not registered and approved with SaskTel’s Ariba e-sourcing tool, will not be able to participate in this opportunity. Note: Suppliers with an active Ariba Commerce Cloud account not previously registered with SaskTel, must ensure they login using their existing Ariba account ID to register with SaskTel as the first step in the registration process.
