1. EXTENSION OF CLOSING DATE

Please be advised that the tender closing date has been extended from 25 August 2026 at 23h55 to 08 September 2026 at 23h55. Bidders are requested to use the same submission link previously provided. There is no need to request a new submission link.

2. ADDITIONAL SITE VISIT (NON-COMPULSORY)

Bidders are hereby notified of a second site visit on the 27th of August 2026 at 11h00 am. This is to allow bidders additional time to conduct detailed investigation of the existing building as requested. Bidders must bring copies of ID cards (back and front)/books in order to gain access

3. PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE COVER (page 20 - Volume 1 of 3)

The last sentence on item number 7 should be read as follows “The Policy must define the R5 000 000.00 (Five Million Rand) per claim / event in respect of each and every claim arising during the contract period, with no limitation on the number of claims or cumulative value of such claims”.

4. VOLUME 2 OF 3

The volume 2 of 3, attached hereto, supersedes and replaces Volume 2 of 3 issued with the Tender Invitation in its entirety. Particular attention is drawn to the updated SBD 6.1 on page 43 of 58.
