Norsk helsenett gjennomfører på vegne av Direktoratet for strålevern og atomsikkerhet (DSA) en markedsdialog (RFI) knyttet til en planlagt anskaffelse av programvare som skal erstatte dagens kvalitetssystem.Vi ønsker også å få innsikt i om det finnes eksisterende produkter og løsninger på markedet som kan møte behovene, og i hvilken grad det eventuelt er behov for utvikling.God kunnskap om hvordan markedet er og hva som påvirker god behovsdekning før vi kunngjør konkurransen, er viktig for å nå formålet med anskaffelsen. Det oppfordres til å komme med innspill, tanker, ideer og erfaringer slik at vi sikrer at den påfølgende avtalen blir så god som mulig.Denne RFI'en henvender seg til det norske markedet, og vi ønsker at svar på spørsmålene er på norsk. Vi har en hypotese at den kommende anskaffelsen vil bli kunngjort som den del III - over EU-terskel.
