Request for Proposal Provision of Services to " Review and Amendment of the Physical Planning Act 1989 and Related Legislative Instruments" at PAPUA NEW GUINEA- GEF 7 Project . Scope The consulting firm should provide a multidisciplinary team to undertake the following:
A. Legislative Review and Analysis B. Technical Review of Planning Systems C. Stakeholder Consultations D. Policy and Legislative Drafting E. Legal Vetting and Legislative Processing F.
