Supporting Documents Required

Interested international individual consultant and/or consulting firms should attach the following documents:

A. Required from ALL Applicants (Both Individuals and Firms):

Detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV): If a consulting firm is submitting, they must include the explicit CV of the specific key expert proposed to participate in this REOI, who must individually meet the qualifications outlined in the TOR.

Evidence of Experience: Summaries or portfolio lists proving a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in similar assignments as outlined in the TOR.

References: Contact details for three (3) professional references from similar projects completed within the last ten years.

B. Required from INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANTS:

Curriculum Vitae and Proof of Education: Detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV) and copy of your advanced university degree (Master’s or PhD) in Urban Planning, Education Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field as outlined in the TOR.

C. Required from CONSULTING FIRMS:

Corporate Registration: Your company profile and formal registration/incorporation certificate.

Organisational Structure: An overview of your firm’s team structure and available support personnel.

Financial Statements: Audited financial statements or official annual reports for the last three years.

This Request for Expression of Interest does not constitute a solicitation or contract award. UNICEF reserves the right to request additional information as part of the evaluation process.

This is NOT an invitation to submit a financial proposal or a quotation. Please do not send your prices, daily rates, or methodology at this stage.

UNICEF reserves the right to require compliance with additional conditions when the final solicitation document is formally issued.

UNICEF reserves the right to modify or cancel this requirement at any point during the REOI or subsequent solicitation process.
