The Asian Development Bank (ADB), a multilateral de velopment finance institution headquartered in Manila, Philippines, invites you t o submit a quotation for the Supply, Delivery and Installation an Electric Comb Binding System with Automatic Opener and Closer required by the Printing Team of the Logistics Mana gement Unit (CSIS-LM) (hereinafter referred to as the Goods). The specifi cations and technical requirements of the required Goods are described and listed in Appendixes 1. To be eligible to submit a quotation, the bidder must a. Have a nationality in an eligible country under the List of ADB Eligible Member Countries (as per www.adb.org ). Have an independent legal existence as a validly registered company, or a joint venture partnership (under joint and several liabil ity) in the business of supplying the required Goods with the capability of providing the necessary warranties or facilitating warranty claims, if necessary; c.
