The International Labour Office (hereinafter referred to as the “ILO”) is pleased to invite your travel company to submit a quotation for a round-trip air ticket for one (1) passenger travelling from Phnom Penh, Cambodia, to Turin, Italy, arriving on 25 November 2026 and departing from Turin on 5 December 2026.
To enable you to prepare and submit a bid, please download all the related annexes to this RFQ from the attachment area.
Please note that all services provided to the ILO are subject to the Terms and Conditions Applicable to ILO Contracts (https://www.ilo.org/wcmsp5/groups/public/---ed_mas/---inter/documents/legaldocument/wcms_768752.pdf), as well as any other conditions contained in or enclosed with this letter, and will become part of any contract concluded with the successful bidder(s).
