ultant recruitment - 20D4C documentary - Jordan Request for quotation. Published 10. Sep 2026 Jordan (RFQ/JO/CO/26/030) The 20 Dunum for Change (20D4C) consortium consists of the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) as its lead, with Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation (HSI), the Jordan River Foundation (JRF), and Save the Children Jordan (SCJ) as members and funded by the French Agency for Development (Agence Française de Développement - AFD). The 20D4C project aims to strengthen the resilience and economic empowerment of Syrian refugees and vulnerable Jordanians working in the agriculture sector by improving livelihoods, increasing and diversifying income opportunities, promoting climate-smart agricultural practices, and enhancing decent working conditions. The project focuses on supporting vulnerable households to become more resilient to economic and environmental shocks while contributing to sustainable agricultural development in Jordan. The project is structured around three interconnected outcomes: improving agricultural productivity and practices among smallholder farmers (IO1); strengthening market linkages and economic opportunities for targeted beneficiaries (IO2); and enhancing the capacities of agricultural cooperatives and support structures (IO3). Implementation has been carried out through a coordinated consortium model, with each partner contributing specialised expertise across agronomic training, market skills development, water harvesting, and social inclusion. As the project approaches the end of its implementation phase in October 2026, the 20D4C consortium seeks to produce a documentary film that captures the human stories, results, and achievements generated throughout project implementation. The documentary aims to amplify the voices of project participants, document the impact of community-centred agricultural programming on the lives of Syrian refugees and vulnerable Jordanians, and fulfil the consortium's communication and visibility obligations to AFD. Deadline for bid submission is 21 September 2026 at 09:00 GMT+3. Complete RFQ documents can be obtained, free of charge from 10 September 2026 until 21 September 2026, 09:00 GMT+3, by accessing the following link: RFQ Documents Please submit your bid by uploading all files to the e-tender box (eTB) web site - the link is included in the file 0_LINK TO UPLOAD BID.pdf , which you downloaded together with this tender package.
