You are kindly requested to submit your best Proposal “Technical & Financial” (IN SEPARATE E-MAILS, ONE FOR TECHNICAL PROPOSAL , ONE FOR COMMERCIAL “ FINANCIAL” PROPOSAL. IF THE TECHNICAL PROPOSAL FOR SERVICES INCLUDES ANY PRICING OR NUMBERING, YOUR PROPOSAL FOR SERVICESWILL BE INVALIDATED) to [contact details removed] ONLY no later than 12:00 Juba Time on 11 September 2026, otherwise it will be considered as not valid.

The pre-bid meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams. Interested bidders are requested to contact the designated focal point to obtain the meeting link. The Teams meeting invitation will be shared upon receipt of the request
