Details
The goods and service shall be delivered in all respects and installed in ADB in accordance with the specifications outlined in Appendix 1 – Work Performance Statement . Interested companies should ensure they meet the following mandatory criteria: (i) Have the nationality of an eligible country in accordance with Appendix 13: List of ADB Eligible Member Countries. In case of an international co mpany, a Joint Venture with a company meeting the above-mentioned requirement is required. (iv) Demonstrate financial capacity to fulfil the requirements of the scope.
