Selection of Manufacturers for Setting Up 10 GWh Manufacturing Capacities for Advanced Chemistry Cell (ACC) for Grid Scale Stationary Storage Applications under the Production Linked Incentive (PLI) Scheme
Documents required from bidders: Bid in the prescribed format (Appendix-I) along with Annexes and supporting documents, Copy of Power of Attorney for signing the Bid as per the format at Appendix-II, if applicable, copy of Power of Attorney for Lead Member of Consortium as per format at Appendix III, Net Worth of the Bidder as per the format at Appendix-IV, Technical Bid in the format at Appendix V along with Annex-I, Copy of Bid Security in the format at Appendix VII, Copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association, As per clause 2.15.2 (ix) of RFP, audited balance sheet and profit and loss account, certificate etc, evidence of payment towards the cost of the RFP process as specified in Clause 1.2.1, if applicable, copy of Joint-Bidding agreement for consortium as per format at Appendix X, executed copy of the integrity pact as per the format at Appendix XIII, any other sector or project-specific requirement that may be specified by the Government.
