De Opdracht betreft de integrale renovatie van de brandweerposten Sloten en Vijfhuizen. Beide locaties worden als één samenhangend cluster binnen één aanbesteding en één perceel in de markt gezet. De Opdracht omvat bouwkundige, construc-tieve, werktuigbouwkundige en elektrotechnische werkzaamheden, inclusief de verdere uitwerking van het Technisch Ontwerp naar Uitvoeringsontwerp, werkvoorbereiding, uitvoering, testen, commissioning, oplevering en overdracht.

De opdrachtomschrijving betreft het realiseren van de renovatie van de brandweerposten Sloten en Vijfhuizen, met behoud van de vereiste operationele continuïteit, veiligheid en beschikbaarheid van de brandweerorganisatie.

De Opdracht bestaat uit de volgende taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Verificatie en verdere uitwerking van het Technisch Ontwerp naar een uitvoering gereed ontwerp;
  • Bouwkundige en constructieve renovatiewerkzaamheden;
  • Aanpassing en vernieuwing van werktuigbouwkundige en elektrotechnische installaties;
  • Afstemming van fasering, logistiek en tijdelijke maatregelen met de operationele brandweerorganisatie;
  • Risicobeheersing en raakvlakmanagement;
  • Testen, inregelen, commissioning en aantoonbare oplevering; en
  • Overdracht van revisie-, beheer- en opleverdossiers.
