Formålet med anskaffelsen er renholdstjenester for Udirs egne kontorlokaler i Parkgata 36 på Hamar. Renholdstjenestene omfatter regelmessig daglig renhold, enkeltoppdrag som hovedrengjøring, vask av vinduer innvendig, rens av møbler og tepper, hovedrengjøring e.l. av eksklusive arealer som utgjør ca. 600 kvm.Utdanningsdirektoratet anslår verdien på anskaffelsen til ca. 150.000 pr. år NOK ekskl. mva. med en forventet varighet på maks 7 år inkl. opsjoner (5-1-1).Det er til sammen ca. 25 ansatte som har kontorplass i lokalene.Tilbydere må gjennomføre en befaring av lokalene og melde seg på dette via Mercell.Fullstendig beskrivelse av leveransen følger av punkt 5 nedenfor.Utdanningsdirektoratet tar forbehold om politiske beslutninger som kan medføre endringer i oppdragets omfang.
