Le document d’appel d’offres est disponible sur le site de SEAO (système électronique d’appels d’offres du gouvernement du Québec) au www.seao.ca et tout intéressé doit en obtenir une copie, à ses frais, directement selon les instructions prévues à ce système. Les soumissions seront reçues aux bureaux de la Ville de Rigaud, situés au 106, rue Saint-Viateur, Rigaud, Québec, J0P 1P0, jusqu’à 11 h 00, le 5 octobre 2026, dans une enveloppe scellée portant l’inscription « Appel d’offres 2026-STP-05 – Remplacement d’un ponceau dans un cours d’eau sur le chemin Saint-Thomas »à l’attention du service du greffe et des affaires juridiques : Appel d’offres 2026-STP-05 Service du greffe et des affaires juridiques 106, rue Saint-Viateur Rigaud (Québec) J0P 1P0 Les soumissions seront ouvertes publiquement, à la salle du conseil de l’hôtel de ville à 11 h 15 le 5 octobre 2026, à la même adresse. La présente demande de soumissions ne constitue pas une offre de contracter avec aucun des soumissionnaires et la Ville de Rigaud ne s’engage aucunement à accepter ni la plus basse soumission ni aucune des soumissions reçues. Elle n’assume aucune obligation ni responsabilité envers les soumissionnaires qui renoncent, en déposant une soumission, à toute réclamation contre la Ville. La décision du conseil sera prise dans les quatre-vingt-dix (90) jours de l’ouverture des soumissions. Donné à Rigaud, le 17 septembre 2026.
