Javno naročilo zajema izbiro izvajalca, ki bo izvedel rekonstrukcijo in novogradnjo (prizidavo) vrtca Navihanček v Središču ob Dravi. Predmet naročila obsega gradbena, obrtniška in inštalacijska dela za prizidavo (novogradnjo), rekonstrukcijo obstoječega objekta, prizidavo teras ter ureditev parkirišča in dostopnih poti, skladno z gradbenim dovoljenjem Upravne enote Ormož št. 351-301/2025-6233-21 z dne 29. 9. 2025 (pravnomočno 30. 9. 2025) in projektno dokumentacijo PZI, ki jo je izdelal KREATIVA BIRO d.o.o., Maribor. Predmet naročila je podrobneje opredeljen v dokumentih PZI dokumentacija, OBR-Popisi del ter OBR-Vzorec pogodbe, ki so priloga dokumentacije v zvezi z oddajo javnega naročila.
