The Government of the Republic of Tajikistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Healthy Nation of Tajikistan Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of CHCs: Lot 1 - Rehabilitation of CHC #11 and CHC #15 in Dushanbe city; Lot 2 - Rehabilitation of Outpatient Department of the Regional Clinical Training Center in Khujand city and Dashtikon Health Center in Devashtich District.

The Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Tajikistan (MOHSP) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Rehabilitation of CHCs: Lot 1 - Rehabilitation of CHC #11 and CHC #15 in Dushanbe city; Lot 2 - Rehabilitation of Outpatient Department of the Regional Clinical Training Center in Khujand city and Dashtikon Health Center in Devashtich District. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, dated July 2016 and revised in September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”), and in accordance with the World Bank’s Anti-Corruption Guidelines (ACG), dated July 2016, and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Project Coordination Group under the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Tajikistan by e-mail at [contact details removed] and [contact details removed], and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 08:00 to 17:00 at the address given below.

The bidding document in the Russian language may be obtained by interested eligible Bidders upon submission of an official written request on the company’s letterhead to the address given below. The bidding document will be sent by e-mail in PDF format.

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 15:00 local time on September 30, 2026. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below at 15:00 local time on September 30, 2026.

All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the following amounts:

Lot 1: TJS 55,175.00 (fifty-five thousand one hundred seventy-five Tajik somoni) or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency.

Lot 2: TJS 50,779.00 (fifty thousand seven hundred seventy-nine Tajik somoni) or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency.
