1. The Commission for Youth and Sports, Arts and Culture, Museum, Archives, Historical Sites, Building and Library Servicesis inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius through the Government eProcurement System for the Refurbishment of Cultural and Leisure Centre, Mon Plaisir, Rodrigues. 2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: RRAYTH/IFB/2026/200 3. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by Wednesday, 28 October 2026 at 13.01 hrs. 4. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids as from Wednesday, 28 October 2026 at 15 16 hrs up to Friday, 30 October 2026 at 13 05 hrs. 5. Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder onFriday, 30 October 2026 as from 13 06 hrs. up to 15 15 hrs.
