El present contracte té per objecte les obres del projecte “Reforma interior dels vestuaris existents de la piscina municipal del perello” (exp.2026/1443) , redactat per l’arquitecta tècnica Carla Pallarès Mauri, aprovat per Decret d’alcaldia núm. 2026-0000319, de data 31.07.2026. Comprèn part de l’edifici de la piscina municipal, situat en sòl urbà consolidat i qualificat amb la clau E5, Equipament Esportiu, d’acord al POUM del municipi. En l’execució del projecte s’actuarà sobre una superfície de 148,94 m² de distribució interior. El projecte defineix els treballs de renovació integral dels acabats, sanitaris, equipament i instal·lacions dels vestidors, l’ordenació dels espais, recorreguts interior i condicions d’ús, la incorporació de dutxes i serveis higiènics accessibles, la renovació del paviment i recollida d’aigües pluvials, la renovació d’impermeabilitzacions, revestiments, xarxa d’aigua i sanejament, la substitució de fusteries i enllumenat, i la incorporació de sistema de retorn per a l’aigua calenta sanitària.
