Dans le cadre de ses activités de soutien programmatiques a ses partenaires, l’UNICEF Algerie lance un appel d’offres pour le recrutement d’un prestataire spécialisé pour le pilotage d’un paquet adaptable de formation en compétences numériques et entrepreneuriat au profit des apprenants de la formation professionnelle dans les camps de réfugiés sahraouis.
L’objectif serait de:
Signer un Contrat de services avec un prestataire spécialisé en formation numérique, entrepreneuriat, innovation, accompagnement de jeunes et/ou digitalisation de parcours de formation professionnelle et de,
Concevoir, tester et documenter un paquet adaptable de formation en compétences numériques et entrepreneuriat , destiné aux apprenants et formateurs de la formation professionnelle dans les camps de réfugiés sahraouis, afin de renforcer la pertinence des parcours de formation, d’appuyer la digitalisation de filières existantes ou émergentes, et de contribuer à la création d’opportunités réalistes de moyens d’existence, d’auto-emploi et de micro-activités numériques adaptées au contexte humanitaire.
Lieu d’exécution : camps de réfugiés sahraouis près de Tindouf, Algérie, couvrant les cinq camps de Boujdour, Smara, Laayoune, Awserd et Dakhla. Des modalités complémentaires à distance pourront être envisagées selon les besoins de la mission.
