L’UNICEF Tunisie recherche un cabinet spécialisé pour conduire une analyse macro-sectorielle intégrée visant à évaluer les dépenses publiques du secteur WASH, estimer les coûts économiques de l’inaction, analyser les bénéfices socio-économiques des investissements et proposer des scénarios d’investissement résilients au changement climatique. La mission aboutira à l’élaboration d’un Investment Case destiné à appuyer le Gouvernement tunisien et les partenaires techniques et financiers dans la priorisation et la planification des investissements du secteur WASH.

La mission, d’une durée estimative de quatre (4) mois, nécessitera une expertise avérée en finances publiques, analyse économique, modélisation des investissements, secteur WASH et changement climatique. Les cabinets intéressés seront invités à soumettre une offre technique et une offre financière conformément aux Termes de Référence.
