A VIS DE PROCÉDURE OUVERTE 2026-025 (APPEL D’OFFRES PUBLIC) RECONSTRUCTION DE DEUX TERRAINS DE TENNIS La Ville de Dunham souhaite obtenir des soumissions pour la reconstruction de deux terrains de tennis au parc de l’Envol, situé au 3349, rue Principale. L'obtention des documents est sujette à la tarification du SEAO. Les soumissions devront être reçues dans une enveloppe scellée au plus tard à 09 h 30 le 5 octobre 2026 au 3777, rue Principale à Dunham (Québec), J0E 1M0. L’ouverture publique des soumissions aura lieu dès 09 h 35 au même endroit. Les résultats de la présente procédure ouverte seront publiés dans le SEAO. La date limite pour le dépôt d’une plainte concernant le processus d’adjudication ou d’attribution de ce contrat par l’organisme est le 28 septembre 2026. La Ville de Dunham ne s’engage à accepter ni la plus basse ni aucune des soumissions reçues. De plus, la Ville de Dunham n’encourt aucune obligation ni aucuns frais envers les soumissionnaires. Cette procédure ouverte est assujettie à des accords de libéralisation des marchés et les soumissionnaires doivent avoir un établissement au Québec ou dans l’un des territoires visés par ces accords, dont notamment l’ALEC et l’ACCQO. Une garantie de soumission est également exigée. Dunham (Québec), ce 16 septembre 2026.
