Ponudniki morajo pri pripravi in oddaji ponudbe dosledno in v celoti upoštevati vse objavljene spremembe, dopolnitve, pojasnila in dodatno dokumentacijo, saj predstavljajo sestavni del dokumentacije v zvezi z oddajo javnega naročila.
