À l'issue de cette procédure, le lots 03 Réseaux secs a été déclaré sans suite en application de l'article R.2185-1 du Code de la commande publique, en raison d'une évolution du besoin. Compte tenu de la redefinition du besoin, le pouvoir adjudicateur a décidé de relancer ces prestations dans le cadre d'une procédure adaptée, conformément aux dispositions des articles L.2123-1 et R.2123-1 du Code de la commande publique. En effet, chaque lot est inférieur à 1 000 000,00 euro(s) et la somme des lots représente moins de 20% du montant global des travaux.
