Anskaffelsens formål er å dekke oppdragsgivers behov for tømrertjenester. Anskaffelsen omfatter blant annet følgende ytelser: • Vedlikehold og forefallende arbeid • Større planlagte vedlikeholdsjobber og prosjekter • Akutte reparasjoner Det vil imidlertid også følge med leveranse av noe materiell, da det i mange tilfeller vil være hensiktsmessig at leverandøren har med seg det materiellet som er nødvendig knyttet til utførelsen av det aktuelle oppdraget. Selv om anskaffelsen omfatter noe materiell, understrekes at denne avtalen ikke gir noen eksklusivitet på levering av slikt materiell, og at Oppdragsgiver ellers ikke er forpliktet til å kjøpe materiell av tjenesteleverandøren. Oppdragsgiver står således fritt til å kjøpe materiell fra våre andre rammeavtaler og likevel benytte avtaleleverandør for arbeid som skal utføres uten påslag i de avtalte priser for arbeider.
