Innkjøpsassistanse Vest AS (IAV) bistår oppdragsgiv Kommunene Eigersund og Lund, (heretter benevnt ”oppdragsgiver”) vil inngå rammeavtale for biladministrasjon og leasing av biler, dvs operasjonell leasing av biler med finansiering i form av leasing, samt tilleggstjenester. er i gjennomføring av konkurransen. Det velges én leverandør for hele avtalen. Den enkelte kommune er selvstendige rettssubjekter og vil inngå separate kontrakter med vinner av konkurransen pr kjøretøy
